Mike, I called Frank recently and had a good conversation with him. I read tha “Voices of Latin Rock. Not lmuch background on the music we did. I do remember how great all you guys were each in your own right and particularly I remember how just soooo good the guitar sounded I spaced out coming in on the head. I was late I guess I caught up. Well Check out the facebook comments. I’m still hoping to hear from you soon.

mike,Shortly before I left the band at the nite life one night charollote came to stage and said there is a girl that wants to meet you.Groupies were bad news so I said no. On the break coming back in from the parking lot they were waiting for me. I don’t recall her name but I said glad to meet you but were going on and went in. I noticed her right was just slightly off,lower than center. Thought nothing more of it. A couple of weeks later I was at my apt. on a sunday. I had no drugs didn’t drink and only $8.00 I suddnly got the unexplainable urge to go to the fillmore. I had only enough to get there and buy a ticket. I get in go to the stage right by the columns end and stood there looking around to see if I recognized anyone in the front stage dance area,nobody and I didn’t know who the 3 piece rock band was. I looked over towards the dressing room lounge area door and the girl from the nite life saw me saived and cut her conversation off. At least someone I recognized,ok. She approaches me. when she gets about halfway to me I momentarily glance toward the stage. When I look back her appearance has changed, her skin is now emerald green kind of irredescent metalic. I panicked my heart was racing about to hyperventilate, I was panic struck. I could not believe what I was seeing. I looked around to see who else was seeing this. Nobody even flinched. She passed between this hippie couple who were talking and the continued on and moved aside. I didn’t know what to do because she would reach me any second. Her eyes were pure black and the almond shape encompassed the entire cavity area from th inside corner to a point nearing the eyebrow on the side. I was kind of transfixed on that right area and how it fit there. She still had the smirk of a smile she started out with. I knew I had to make a decision before she got to me because if I let her get to me things were not going to be the same and not good. I glanced away toward the front stage area to try to reconfirm reality. There were 3 more and all turned to look at me. They were with normal looking people. They were all females. Now I am totaly convinced it is serious.She is about to get up to me so I decide that I am not speaking to her I am going to leave. I quickly turned did not look back walked past the light show scaffolding past the concession stand area and down the stairs where I took a quick look back to see if they were following opened the entrance door went out looked around expecting to see more. I didn’t see any more so I decided to take the bus around the corner then transfer to the streetcar. I did but the return home is very hazy. i don’t know what this has to do with anything but things began to change for me after that. I did not tell anyone for a long time after that and it was even traumatic to then. She and her companions were alien able to transform and communicate telepathicaly, they had a purpose for me and summoned me . This is all strange but true. I have not seen them since. Somehow this plays into the music scene of the time in some very mysterious way so I thought I would let you ponder it. I’m glad the band got recognition for what we did it was great probably the best time of my life. I love all you guys think of you often.
